Wondering which landing page builder to use in your online business?
It gets a lot harder than easier finding a cheap, converting and easy to use builder – especially when there are dozens of platforms to choose from.
Any business not using a landing page as part of its lead generation tool is definitely leaving lots of money on the table.
So, I want to help with that decision of going for the best. And nothing but best (no matter your business level).
Your reason for being here could either be that:
- Your present landing page builder is expensive (for what it does)
- It lacks some classic features
- Bad support and customer service
- Experiencing bugs and glitches with your page builder
- Your business has outgrown your current landing page builder
- Your current landing page software doesn’t meet up to your business needs
It could be for the above reason or some other reason – that you’re searching for new and better software for creating and hosting your landing pages.
That’s my ultimate reason for coming up with this post.
To help you select the best.
I’ve listed 18 landing page builders you can use in creating conversion-focused landing pages for your business – even if you’re a newbie or have no experience.
Especially in coding, design, and marketing.
And you can’t use them all. Definitely!
So, make sure you go through my recommendations and choose the one that fits your business best.
But before I proceed let me quickly go through the criteria you should consider before choosing your landing page service.
How to choose the best landing page builder
As an online business owner or a marketer, you would always want to get a simple, responsive and yet converting page builder that gets things done in a short amount time, for a satisfactory cost.
Here are criteria to watch out for:
The capabilities of a landing page platform can have a huge impact on your campaign and business in general.
Making sure your page builder supports integrations (of every kind), fast loading pages, split-testing, dynamic text replacement, team members function, a WYSIWYG editor and ease of use.
Templates and examples
See for example Some of the landing page templates Instapage provides:
Building a landing page from scratch can be daunting at times, right?
Modeling or customizing your page from an already built template is the fastest way to get a good page up and quickly – especially if you’re new in this.
CrazyEgg gave four reason reasons why you should consider using a templated landing page creator:
- Pre-built templates on landing page builder platforms are built with conversions in mind
- They’re less costly than custom designs done by designers
- They’re the fastest option to quickly get a page up in minutes
- They’re guaranteed to at least not suck
This is one of the major factors to consider when going for a landing page service provider.
Yeah, it makes sense to put this into reason as well – and make sure it’s worth the investment according to the size and level of your business.
But I also have to be honest that – going for the absolute cheapest is not always the best idea (from my experience). You want a balance of cost and time saved.
You’d need the best kind support whenever you run into problems (which is likely to happen) – so getting on a tool with amazing customer support should be a criterion for a good landing page builder.
As an addition, if there’s a community built around the software. PERFECT!
Resources and training
Knowledge-base, onboarding series, video tutorials and lots of helpful resources should be made available to users who are finding it difficult finding their way around the software.
Let us roll…
Unbounce is one of the very first among the dozens of landing page tools in the industry and also the first on our list of page builders.
I mean first among its kind, since 2009.
This is a builder that has been popular over the years and still is – just that there have been emerging ones taking its position.
The Unbounce page builder is recognized as the best choice for PPC marketers – for its dynamic features which help to keep visitors engaged and increases conversions.
It is also used as a conversion rate optimization tool and top among many CRO software’s.
There are lots of features associated with Unbounce builders – such as Popups, Sticky bars, A/B testing, Dynamic Text Replacement, Global blocks and many more.
How much is Unbounce?
You have the choice to choose from either of the three pricing options Unbounce offers:
- The $79/mo Essential plan
- Premium plan of $159/mo

Unbounce offers a 14-day trial for free and if you which you can also opt-in for the yearly plan where you get 20% off the monthly subs.

Instapage is an advanced easy to use landing page software that has been serving thousands of businesses for years now.
It comes with almost all the necessary features which I think will help you get the best out of your online business – posing as one of the best landing page builders out here.
Instapage page builder has always been likened with Unbounce – because they both share alike characteristics.
But Instapage wins in some way when it comes to the overall complexity.
Here you will find collaboration tool, Instablocks feature, Page import option, DTR, Heatmaps plus various standard features of a landing page software.
I think this landing page solution should suit medium to large corporations.
Just like everything on this planet has an advantage and an opposite disadvantage – so does Instapage.
How much does Instapage cost?
At the moment Instapage only displays a single pricing option which is called the:
- Core plan: $129/mo and $99 per month on an annual billing
There’s also an Enterprise plan available on quote
-Advanced features (DTR, Page import, Instablocks, Collaboration tools, Heatmaps, WP plugin, AMP features, etc.)
-Suitable for medium to large sized businesses
-Hundreds of customizable templates
-It’s obviously an expensive builder
-The pricing plan is rigid
OptimizePress is a WordPress based simple landing page builder widely used to build awesome pages on WordPress.
This landing page tool comes with features that make it easy to use and build pages with ease.
Like – the OptimizeMember module for putting up a membership site, the Experiment module for A/B testing.
The feature called OptimizePress LiveEditor allows you to add landing page elements such as buttons, texts, media, etc.
You can only host your pages on your own custom domain with OptimizePress page creator within WordPress.
Unlike many of the builders on this page where you have the option to host it on theirs. But this is one of the best WordPress plugins for building landing pages.
How much is OptimizePress?
You only pay a ONE-TIME fee to be able to use this software and it’s divided into three tiers:
- Core plan costs $97
- Publisher plan costs $197
- Pro plan costs $297
Apart from the one-time pricing – another amazing thing about OptimizePress is that you can utilize your access on more than 1 site.
For example, you can use the Core plan on 3 WordPress sites, the Publisher plan on 10 sites and the Pro plan on 30 sites built on WP.
-You pay only a one-time fee (cheaper)
-One of the best landing page software for WordPress sites
-Perfect for content creators (bloggers)
-Have more control over your pages
-Ideal for WP sites
-Not suitable for large businesses
-Can’t work without WordPress
-No free trial
ClickFunnels is an app primarily focused on providing you with an all-in-one system to help build your online business – known for its versatility in helping entrepreneurs build the best sales funnels.
I want to be clear with you that I’ve been a user of ClickFunnels for months now and I can tell you that it’s not a bad software for building landing pages.
As an all-in-one marketing tool suite – I don’t think I can fully recommend it to anyone who is new to the world of landing pages.
Unless maybe you want to build out something sophisticated (marketing automation, affiliate platform, etc.), then ClickFunnels is definitely an amazing choice.
ClickFunnels literally houses everything needed to build an online business. It can be compared with it’s closest competitors like… Kartra
How much does ClickFunnels cost?
ClickFunnels has two pricing options to consider after the 2weeks free trial period:
- Startup plan of $97/mo
- Etison suite plan of $297/mo
-Has an inbuilt automation tool
-Lots of integrations
-Lots of training and resources at all level
-Page/funnel sharing feature
-Perfect for selling physical products
-An expensive option

Landingi is a drag and drops page builder which I’ve personally played with some time back. It has a very gorgeous layout with lots of features to help design any type of landing page.
Landingi offers users with solutions for code-free page building, traffic conversions, lead magnet and many more.
However, I have to be honest to tell you that – using Landingi to get the best mobile-optimized page will take your time a bit.
Because you’ll have to spend time trying to modify both the desktop and mobile versions of your pages before coming up with the best…
Otherwise either the mobile or desktop might not come out great.
But still, there are quite a lot of pre-designed landing page templates within the software which you can customize the way you like to get a professional looking landing page.
How much does Landingi cost?
Landingi offers four paid subscription plans after the 14day free trial:
- Create plan of $29/mo
- Automate plan of $49/mo
- Agency plan of $109/mo
- White Label plan $185/mo
-It’s one of the cheapest landing page creation tools
-Amazing layout options
-Good for starters
-Unlimited landing pages and domain
-Not much-advanced features
-Pages aren’t so mobile friendly
-Having to edit a mobile and desktop version takes time
Leadpages is a very popular landing page builder and one of the cheapest you can find around.
But the problem with this tool is that it has limitations which I think might hinder you getting the best kind of design.
Although it’s suitable for beginners with a limited budget, easy to use and a bit user-friendly.
The editor is kind of clunky compared to many others on this list. But this landing page software should be able to carry out the basic functionalities you need in a landing page.
This builder differs from many, in that it has two different landing page editors. One for beginners and the other for a bit advanced folks.
Maybe you desire to create something more advanced and sophisticated – then I suggest you look elsewhere.
The pages done with Leadpages doesn’t look so good compared with the ones designed with some of the expensive ones, but they’ll sure serve you for good.
How much does Leadpages cost?
Leadpages offers a 14day free trial period – then you can decide to opt-in either for:
- Standard plan of $37/mo
- Professional plan of $79/mo
- Advanced plan of $199/mo
-Best landing page software for beginners
-Very cheap compared to other builders
-Also has popup feature
-Integrates with WordPress
-You’ll find it difficult to customize with Leadpages
-Very few features
-Lack of support on the lowest plan
-“Not so nice” user interface
Convertri is a landing page creator and at the same time a sales funnel builder which comprises of few features you may find to be great.
With Convertri you can build any kind of sales funnel and landing pages for your business – but it also has some downsides like every other tool.
One major aspect Convertri shines above every other landing page software is the ability to create super-fast loading pages in a short while.
Which helps increase in conversion rates.
They claim to be the “Fastest page creator” on the internet…
Which sounds a bit true because most folks who built pages on Convertri said the same.
There few other features found inside Convertri such as: Being mobile friendly, DTR, upsells, bumpsells, etc.
Convertri is always compared side by side with ClickFunnels and Kartra due to the fact they all share some kind of similar features (being sales funnel builders).
But it doesn’t match up to both as it doesn’t have an inbuilt automation platform, affiliate center, and members area feature.
And I didn’t also forget the limitation placed on impression counts, funnels and pages on all the plans.
How much does Convertri cost?
After the 14-day free trial you have the option to either stay on the:
- Standard plan of $59/mo
- Pro plan of $69/mo
- Agency plan of $199/mo
-Super-fast pages that load in 3 seconds
-Team members and Sub-accounts
-Beautifully designed pre-built templates
-Mobile specific pages
-Funnel and page sharing
-Limit on all plans (visitors, funnels and pages)
-Definitely not the best for large corporations
-No much-inbuilt tools

Not until recently, GetResponse has been an email marketing software used for building an email list, creating and sending newsletters, automating emails through the use of its autoresponder and performing everything email marketing related.
However, Getresponse’s features had recently evolved as an all-in-one marketing tool.
In addition to serving as an email marketing solution – you can also host and build your landing pages, create automated sales funnels, host webinar and few more with GetResponse.
In my honest opinion, I don’t think this software could do much when it comes to building a sophisticated landing page.
There are quite some drastic limitations especially in terms of landing page views.
GetResponse would be the ideal option for those who are new to online marketing as a whole because you get to play around their email platform and gain bits of email marketing experience.
Anyways you got a free 30-days trial to see what this landing page tool has to offer.
How much does GetResponse cost?
There are four plans associated with this builder:
- The Basic plan of $15/mo
- Essential plan of $49/mo
- Professional plan of $99/mo
- Enterprise plan of $1,199/mo
-Has an inbuilt email marketing solution
-Perfect for a complete newbie
-Super easy to set up
-Can serve on any type of website
-Integrates with hundreds of other platforms
-It is an affiliate marketing friendly platform
-Limited features compared to advanced builders
-Limited landing page templates
BuilderAll is also a sales funnel and landing page builder with luring features.
BuilderAll is undeniably a cool tool with a drag-and-drop editor like many of the tools on this page and also has quite a few distinctive characteristics that are worth looking at.
This landing page creation software has always been compared to ClickFunnels in terms of features and capabilities.
Although BuiderAll can do more things than ClickFunnels beyond building sales funnel and pages – I’m not too convinced that any of the extra tools in BuilderAll are much needed.
Like the App builder and video creator.
I would say all shiny but not useful (in my opinion)
Few of the problems I had with BuilderAll (when I first used it) was that I experienced a very bad UX, problems with the editor, glitches, and bugs.
And yes, BuilderAll comes with a very cheap option for all and is most recommended for those with a small budget.
How much does BuilderAll cost?
After the 7day trial of BuilderAll – you have the option to be placed on the following plans:
- Web presence plan of $9.90/mo
- Digital marketing plan of $29.90/mo
- Business plan of $49.90/mo
-Includes some outside-the-box features (app and video maker)
-It’s relatively cheaper
-Integrated email marketing service (Mailingboss)
-Unfavorable UX and clunky editor
-Has lots of bugs and glitches
-Lots of tools you might end up not using
10 Minute Funnels
Just as the name sounds – 10 Minute Funnels claims to help you get up your sales funnel and pages up in 10 minutes.
How true could this be?
I wouldn’t know because I haven’t tried creating a landing page on 10-minute funnels.
Although from reviews and customers testimonials all over the internet – it’s not bad of a landing page builder.
Besides building landing pages with this tool…
10-Minute Funnels essentially provides you with funnel building elements with easy options to put up and modify pages, funnel templates and integrate various other tools.
Similar features you get on Kartra and ClickFunnels.
Like every other landing page software on this list, you do not really have to touch any line of codes to accomplish any form customization.
How much does 10-Minute Funnel cost?
To play around 10-Minute Funnels you have to pay $1 to get a 14day trial before considering the below plans:
- Basic plan for $97/mo
- Advanced plan for $197/mo
-Pretty easy to find your way around it
-Can be used to build out a complete sales funnel
-Very intuitive and user-friendly
-Could be expensive for beginners
-Limitation on the startup plan
-No advanced landing page functions
Before now, I have known Wix to be a website builder and not a landing page tool.
So, when carrying out the research for this post, I came to discover that – you can build a landing page on Wix and at the same time a fully functional website.
It’s an easy to use platform for anyone who wishes to get a website up.
Just like WordPress, Squarespace, and Weebly – Wix can also be categorized as a Content Management Platform where users can blog and host their pages on.
Wix is great when it comes to website design (haven’t used it though), but I don’t really think it has all of those amazing options a landing page should have.
Like: the mighty integrations, split testing, Dynamic Text Replacement, Templates, and many more.
But it should work okay just as a single page creator. That’s all!
Wix is available for free for as long as you desire, but if you want the professional features (on Wix) such as priority support or your own domain name – then you must be on the premium plan.
How much does Wix cost?
- Wix Free plan
- The paid starts from $11
-Good for building websites
-Free but drastically limited
-No advanced features
-You can’t do much with it being a traditional website builder
InterFunnels is a page building software the allows you to create good looking funnels, landing pages, and websites for every industry.
This is a software that’s known for building funnels.
And I guess you’re aware that any funnel creation platform can also serve as a landing page creator, right?
InterFunnels happens to be one of the reasonably affordable options in the land of sales funnels and landing pages.
In my opinion, I do not really see InterFunnels as a refined page builder (being new and cheap for what’s being promised). But you can try it out yourself to see how the editor feels.
However, it also has an easy to use drag and drop editor, integrations, pre-built templates, etc.
How much does InterFunnels cost?
InterFunnels offers 14-days trial for $1 then:
- $37/mo for Lite plan
- $47/mo for Pro plan
- $67/mo for Agency plan
-It’s a cheap builder
-Also integrates other tools
-Can be used for building funnels
-Very new and can’t be trusted that much
-Nothing so cool about it (pretty basic)
An all-in-one marketing system like Kartra has been making waves for quite some time now.
This is ClickFunnels closest competitor (sharing similar features). But not as popular as ClickFunnels though.
Kartra is known as a sales funnel building tool for creating funnels, nurturing leads and automating sales.
As you might have thought – you can also put up landing pages and integrate other marketing tools needed for your business to thrive online.
As usual – there are tons of templates, A/B testing capability, Members area feature, affiliate platform which you’ll also see inside ClickFunnels.
But it beats ClickFunnels with the inbuilt Helpdesk platform.
How much does Kartra cost?
After the $1 14day trial period, you can decide to stay on either of the below plans:
- Starter for $89/mo
- Silver for $149/mo
- Gold for $299/mo
- Platinum for $499/mo
- Diamond for $699/mo
-All-in-one marketing platform
-Has an inbuilt automation tool
-Helpdesk and Heatmap feature
-It gets more expensive as your business grows
-Good as a funnel creator, but not landing pages
-Kind of expensive

Wishpond is a platform that isn’t just for building landing pages but also serves many purposes for business owners.

You can carry all the above operation using Wishpond’s drag and drop editor which lets you customize things your way.
There are also landing page templates to choose from within Wishpond and few awesome features to boot.
One downside about Wishpond is that there are limits to the number of leads you collect on all of the pricing plans.

- Company plan for $249
There are features you unlock in each of the plans as you advance to a more expensive plan.
